Smoked Salmon is made using fillets that have been flavored by the smoke from burning aromatic hardwoods. The smoke from the smoldering wood gives the salmon a distinctive smoky flavor and a fine texture. Adar Smoked Atlantic Salmon is cured then hot smoked which provides a different taste and texture to the meat. Like fresh salmon, it's a good source of protein, B vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium, and selenium.
