Okay folks, we have great tips for Crispy Sweet Potato Fries! First, cut them nice a thin--only about 1/4" thick. Now for the magic part--toss the fries in Cornstarch (this makes them crispy), then toss in a mild oil like Grapeseed. Be sure not to overcrowd the sheet pan because crowed fries can't get crispy! Bake them at 425F and flip halfway through cooking. Easy as that! Serve them up with some Chiptole Ranch and enjoy!
