It is uniquely aromatic, delicious and creamy, bursting with flavours of black truffles. This cheese has a flavour that separates it from all others. And it's is made in New Hamburg, Ontario by the Van Bergeijk family. We love that part most!
This cheese begs to be eaten alone, however, we might have tried it on mac and cheese... and grilled cheese... and really anything that requires cheese. We just can't help ourselves!
